Reviva Refit redelivers 48-metre Trinity motor yacht Mirabella
The yard's fifteenth major refit took the 2004-built aluminium Trinity back to bare substrate across paint, electrical systems, joinery and exterior living areas — and returns her to the Mediterranean with a redesigned sundeck and swim platform.
Launched in June 2024, Reviva is the dedicated refit, service and after-sales brand of Mengi Yay, formalising refit activity the group has carried out since 2015. Operating from Tuzla, Istanbul, with additional capacity at Didim, Aykın and Kıyı İstanbul, the company works across some 20,000 m² of facilities with a workforce of more than 250 skilled professionals and can accommodate motor and sailing yachts of up to 130 metres. Its work is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and undertaken under RINA, Lloyd's Register, DNV and Türk Loydu class. The brand's positioning — “Rebuild to Roam” — reflects a focus on technically rigorous, environmentally responsible refits delivered to schedule.
Founded in 1964 by Ramazan Mengi and led since 1996 by his son, Hüseyin Mengi, Mengi Yay is one of Türkiye's longest-established yacht builders, with more than sixty years of continuous shipbuilding heritage. The group designs and builds custom motor and sailing yachts alongside its refit operations, collaborating with international design and naval architecture studios including Nuvolari Lenard, VYD Studio, Van Oossanen Naval Architects and Ginton Naval Architects. Recent new-build deliveries include Serenissima II, Grey Wolf and Ambip II.
