01 · SAME DAY We read it A project manager — not a mailbox — reads the brief and replies with the questions that matter, in the language you asked for.

02 · WEEK ONE Survey aboard We come to the yacht, or she comes to us. Hull, systems, joinery and paint condition recorded and photographed.

03 · TWO TO THREE WEEKS Scope & fixed price A written specification, trade by trade, with a schedule, a berth window and a price that holds unless the scope changes.

04 · ON SIGNATURE Berth booked Yard period reserved, class notified, long-lead items ordered. From then on you get a weekly report with photographs.

General arrangement drawing Even an old scan tells us where the bulkheads are. Recent condition or insurance survey Saves duplicating what someone has already measured. Class certificates and survey dates So we can plan the refit around the next intermediate. Photographs of what troubles you Blisters, delamination, corrosion, a tired saloon — anything. Defect or wish list from the crew The captain's list is usually the most honest document aboard.
