PROTOCOL WORKFLOWS

At Reviva, we adhere to a structured and transparent refit process to ensure each project meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Completion Verification

Any new work requests initiated by the client are carefully evaluated by our shipyard representative. The process includes a cost review, feasibility assessment, and deadline consideration to ensure that the proposed changes are viable and within budget.

Work Acceptance or Rejection Protocol

Once the refit work is completed, our project manager confirms the completion status. The shipyard representative then reviews the work and communicates via email to the client representative that the work has been successfully completed.

Work Acceptance or Rejection Protocol-2

We conduct weekly progress meetings involving the client representative and at least two crew members to ensure ongoing projects align with client expectations. Following these meetings, the client can approve the work, request changes, or reject the work based on the outcome presented.
