Our engineering team tackles everything from basic repairs to complex system overhauls, ensuring that all technical aspects of the yacht are in top working order.

Engine Maintenance and Overhaul:

  • Complete inspection and overhaul of main engines, including replacement of worn components like pistons, bearings, and seals.
  • Routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.

Generator Servicing and Repair:

  • Inspection and maintenance of onboard generators to ensure reliable power supply, including testing electrical outputs and replacing necessary components.
  • Overhaul of older generator units or installation of new, more efficient models.

Propulsion System Maintenance:

  • Inspection and repair of propulsion components including shafts, propellers, and gearboxes.
  • Alignment checks and balancing of propellers to reduce vibration and increase efficiency.

Steering System Refurbishment:

  • Overhaul of hydraulic steering systems, including replacement of hoses, cylinders, and hydraulic fluid.
  • Testing and calibration of electronic steering systems and autopilot functionality.

Fuel System Upgrades:

  • Inspection and cleaning of fuel tanks, replacement of fuel lines, and installation of new filtration systems to ensure clean and efficient fuel delivery.
  • Implementation of fuel polishing systems to maintain fuel quality and engine performance.

Electrical System Overhaul:

  • Comprehensive check and upgrade of the yacht’s electrical systems, including panel boards, wiring, and connections.
  • Installation of new energy-efficient lighting systems and upgrading of power management systems.

Water Systems and Plumbing:

  • Inspection and repair of freshwater systems, including water makers, pumps, and tanks.
  • Overhaul of wastewater systems, including black and grey water management.

HVAC Systems Maintenance:

  • Comprehensive servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and comfort onboard.

Safety and Navigation Equipment Checks:
