Key Services Provided:

1. Structural Modifications:
   • Garage Door Replacement: A new garage door was manufactured and installed, including a transformer platform inside the new door.
   • Porthole Enlargement: The portholes in the aft master cabin were enlarged to improve natural light and visibility.
2. Interior Upgrades:
   • Saloon and Galley Redesign:
     • Saloon: Old furniture was removed, and new furniture was designed and installed. The parquet flooring in the saloon was renewed.
     • Galley: Existing cabinets were replaced with new ones per the new design.
   • Furniture Changes and Renewals:
     • Local changes to interior furniture were made to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
     • The dresser in the master cabin was replaced with a new sofa.
     • Upholstery of headboards in guest cabins was renewed.
   • Wood and Varnish Work:
     • The wood on the bulwark, handrails, and superstructure porthole frames was stripped, and ten coats of varnish were applied.
     • The furniture lacquer throughout the yacht was renewed.
   • Cabin Modifications:
     • The laundry room in the lazarette was transformed into a new crew cabin.
     • Parquet flooring in all cabins was renewed for a fresh and cohesive look.
3. Deck and Exterior Enhancements:
   • Flybridge Furniture and Teak Deck: The flybridge furniture was removed, and the teak deck underneath was repaired.
